General Dentist needed in Appleton, WI - Phenomenal Base + Incentives

Quick job details:

• Position: General Dentist (Existing/Established practice)
• Location: Appleton, WI 
• Reason for hire: Retirement 
• Schedule: FT - 36+ Hours
  • 4 or 5 day work-week
  • 1 Saturday per month (7am-12pm)
• Procedures: 
  • No limit to providers
  • Liberty to expans practice
  • Endo, OS, Implants, etc.
• Compensation:
  • Base - 200-250K
  • Incentive - 30-35% of net revenue
  • General providers earning 240K+ with incentives
  • Some providers earn 300-400K depending on expansion of their practice
