Compensation & Benefits

• $235,000+ annual compensation based on production
• Tiered production percentage: 28%–34%

• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)

Office Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements
