The Position:
Our Client is seeking a licensed Dentist to join its growing dental team in Richland, Missouri or Camdenton, Missouri, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role offers a four-day clinical schedule, protected administrative time, manageable patient volumes, and strong clinical support. New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $190,000+ Base Salary, Based on Experience
- Quarterly Quality Bonus, $2,500 – $5,000 Based on Tenure

Requirements:
- Required: DDS or DMD
- Required: Missouri Dental License (or Eligible)

Responsibilities:
- Four Clinical Days Per Week with Eight Hours of Protected Administrative Time
- Average Patient Volume of 15–20 Patients Per Day
- Provide Comprehensive General Dentistry Services for Patients of All Ages
- Perform Routine Exams, Cleanings, Fillings, Crowns, Extractions, and Preventive Care
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans and Educate Patients on Oral Health
- Order and Interpret Dental Radiographs and Diagnostic Testing
- Coordinate Care with Dental Hygienists, Specialists, and Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams
- Document Patient Care Using Electronic Dental Records
- Participating in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Community Outreach Programs
- Maintain Compliance with State and Federal Dental Practice Standards
- Provide Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care in a Team-Based Environment
- Receive Mentorship and Clinical Support for Continued Professional Development and Success as a New Graduate Practitioner
