    We are a doctor-owned and doctor-led group seeking an experienced, compassionate General Dentist to join Align Dental Group.

    This role is designed for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment where quality care comes first.

    What your days look like

    • You will have the clinical freedom to deliver comprehensive general dentistry at a high standard:
    • Examine and diagnose dental conditions using instruments, X-rays, and diagnostic tools
    • Perform fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials, and other restorative procedures
    • Administer anesthetics and manage patient comfort throughout treatment
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their options
    • Write prescriptions and fabrication instructions as needed
    • Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation and coding within required timelines
    • Follow infection control, HIPAA, and all clinical SOPs consistently
    • Participate in team meetings and company initiatives
