We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our growing team in Shreveport, Louisiana. Position Overview
As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while treating a loyal patient base.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
- Perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other general dentistry services.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Louisiana dental license (required).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
Compensation is tailored based on experience and office placement.

- One practice produces approximately $6 million annually.
- One practice produces approximately $3.5 million annually.
- One practice produces approximately $1.8 million annually.
