Position Overview

As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while treating a loyal patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
• Perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other general dentistry services.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Louisiana dental license (required).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Compensation is tailored based on experience and office placement.

Practice Production

• One practice produces approximately $6 million annually.
• One practice produces approximately $3.5 million annually.
• One practice produces approximately $1.8 million annually.
