Compensation & Benefits:
- $800–$850 daily guarantee.
- Tiered compensation structure of 32%–34% of net collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
- Deliver high-quality preventive and restorative general dentistry.
- Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry while managing more comprehensive cases based on clinical experience.
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health.
- Build trust and lasting relationships through excellent patient communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
