    Benefits

    • Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation
    • Scrubs
    • 401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
    • For the first three months, daily minimum salary that equals to $165,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, with a transition to exclusively 1/3 collections thereafter, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.
    • No weekends (except emergency), no evenings.
    • Training Budget (once provider is established with the practice)
