What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all age groups, balancing pediatric and adult treatments.
- Ensure timely charting and documentation, with chart closures completed within 72 hours.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team and adhere to all clinical and administrative protocols.
- Work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.
Required Skills:
- Valid dental license and current DEA certification.
- Ability to effectively treat patients of all ages.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient rapport abilities.
- Proficiency in charting and documentation processes.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric and adult restorative procedures.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience as a licensed Dentist.
- Prior experience in a similar outpatient or community health setting is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Must have active DEA registration before starting.
- Complete required immunizations prior to credentialing: flu vaccine (2022-2023), TB test or X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster titers or immunizations, and Tdap within the last 10 years.
- Credentialing process typically takes 30-60 days; timely submission of documents is essential.
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
