The General Education Paraprofessional supports teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities. The role focuses on assisting students academically and behaviorally while helping create a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support.
• Monitor student behavior and encourage positive conduct.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise students during classroom and school activities.
• Support classroom organization and daily operations.
