Job Description:  
EDU-AIDs is seeking a passionate and dedicated 2nd Grade General Education Teacher to join our elementary team for one of our school client in Cleveland. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, delivering engaging instruction, and supporting the academic and social‑emotional growth of all students.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver standards‑aligned lessons in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, respectful environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to school initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications::


  • Valid Ohio Teaching License (Elementary Education or appropriate grade band).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Experience working with elementary students, preferably in diverse settings.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and student‑centered learning.
