Job Description: EDU-AIDs is seeking a passionate and dedicated 2nd Grade General Education Teacher to join our elementary team for one of our school client in Cleveland. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, delivering engaging instruction, and supporting the academic and social‑emotional growth of all students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver standards‑aligned lessons in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, respectful environment.
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Participate in professional development and contribute to school initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications::
Valid Ohio Teaching License (Elementary Education or appropriate grade band).
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Experience working with elementary students, preferably in diverse settings.
Commitment to continuous improvement and student‑centered learning.
