Job Summary


We are looking for a dedicated General Education Teacher to join an elementary school team in Stow, OH. This role involves delivering engaging instruction, fostering a positive classroom culture, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.


Responsibilities

•  Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with Ohio academic standards for second-grade students. 
•  Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs. 
•  Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and adjust instruction to maximize student success. 
•  Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to promote student achievement. 
•  Incorporate technology and creative instructional strategies into daily classroom activities. 
•  Maintain effective classroom management while encouraging respect, responsibility, and positive behavior. 
•  Keep accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with parents and guardians. 

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. 
•  Valid Ohio Elementary Education Teaching License. 
•  Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. 
•  Ability to work collaboratively within a school community.
