Position Highlights

- Flexible schedule with autonomy over clinic structure and optional 4-day work week
- Dedicated OR block time with additional access through the Surgery Center as volume grows

- Broad-scope General ENT practice with flexibility to tailor procedural interests and build subspecialty focus
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation package aligned above MGMA 90th percentile benchmarks
- Uncapped productivity model with significant earning upside
- $150,000 sign-on package plus $100,000 long-term retention incentive

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Open to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows
