- NO CALL Responsibilities - Your time off is YOURS.
- 2 dedicated days per week in the OR with full OR support staff and first assist.

- Community of roughly 100,000 with no full-time permanent ENT.
- Step into an underserved market with built-in demand and room to grow quickly.
- APP support for post-op and follow-up visits to improve clinic efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Negotiable Base Salary starting at $550,000 + Uncapped RVU Production Bonus

Qualifications:
- Degree:M.D. or D.O.
- Certifications:Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
- Licensure:State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
- Skillset:General otolaryngology
- Experience:Open to new grads and experienced surgeons
