Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the following:
Primary support for:
SVP, Head of R&D / Chief Medical Officer
Head of North America Medical Affairs
Head of Global Medical Strategy
Occasional ad hoc support to additional team members as needed
This role will interact with executive and all levels of management throughout the organization (international and domestic) necessitating poise, tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgement. This role will manage key routine and special projects, schedules and expenses for key leaders. The role requires a highly skilled, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, self-directed professional who can handle a variety of sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and efficiency.
Major Accountabilities:
Provides administrative support to leadership. Candidate must project manage with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable working with multiple time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and ensure proper approvals for team members are obtained
Prepare and coordinate expense reports adhering to company policy and ensuring the timely submission
Create and manage/edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents fit for purpose
Maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and privacy and abiding by Company policy
Manage and coordinate calendars and communications with internal and external contacts. Assist with appropriate planning to ensure optimum time utilization and all routine requirements are met
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
~5+ years of administrative/EA experience
Prior EA experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred
Pharma and international exposure are nice-to-have, but not required
Strong organizational skills, confidentiality/discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Work Environment & Team Structure
Supervisor: SVP (remote; Delaware/KOP presence)
Summit office has an onsite office manager and EA team available for support
Initial onsite presence is helpful but not a strict requirement
