Job Description

Westaff is hiring a General Food Production Helper in Norwood, MA – Immediate Start!


Pay: $15/hr (Weekly Pay)


Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Location: Norwood, MA


This role supports production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Report any safety or quality issues to a supervisor
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling rules
  • Assist with general production tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Able to work in a refrigerated area
  • Must wear company-provided PPE at all times
