We're hiring General Production Workers for 2nd shift in Medina, OH: no experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.Job Title: General Production Worker- 2nd ShiftCompany: Sandridge Crafted FoodsLocation: Medina, OhioJob Type: Full-TimeUnion: This is a bargaining-unit position represented by UFCW Local 880Shift: 10 + hour shifts, start times between 11:00 AM and 6:59 PM depending on the role and department. Most schedules run Monday-Friday; some roles run Tuesday-Saturday.Pay: Earn Up to $22.47 an hour with incentives!

Base Pay: $15.64 - $17.97 per hour, depending on role assignment+$3.00 shift premium+$1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus (Weekly)- Reliable attendance = higher weekly pay

About the RoleBased on your experience and our current openings, you'll be matched to one of several production roles, which may include:

Packers / Case Packers- Pack and inspect finished productsLine Leads- Help run the line and support the teamClean Room Operators- Work in controlled environments operating filling equipmentTray / Hand Fillers- Fill products to correct weight and specsPotato Unloaders- Move trays and materials (higher physical role)Ingredient Handlers / Prep- Weigh and stage ingredientsProduction Support- Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed

Perform hands-on production tasks per your assigned role (packaging, machine operation, material handling, quality checks, or sanitation)Follow all food safety, GMP, and plant safety protocolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet production, quality, and efficiency standardsWork collaboratively with your line/team to hit daily targets

What You'll Need

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift (up to 50 lbs)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold & wet food manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and punctualityPrior manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required - training providedAbility to pass a background check and drug screen
