New Age Tree Service is looking for a General Foreman ready to take the next step from “doing the work” to leading crews, setting the standard, and owning results across safety, production, and quality.

What This Role Is About

As a General Foreman, you are the frontline leader responsible for crew execution. You set the tone every day—how work gets done, how people are treated, and how safely and efficiently your crew operates.

What You’ll Own

  • Safety First—Always
    • Lead job briefings, enforce PPE, and set the example on every job
  • Crew Leadership & Accountability
    • Direct daily work, hold expectations, and address issues early
  • Production & Quality
    • Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets company standards
  • Communication
    • Be the link between field crews, leadership, and clients
  • Development of Others
    • Train and mentor crew members—help them grow within our pay-for-skill system

What Success Looks Like

  • Your crew works safely without constant reminders
  • Jobs are completed on time and done right
  • People respect your leadership and want to work on your crew
  • You address problems directly instead of avoiding them

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in line clearance / vegetation management
  • Proven ability to lead a crew or step into leadership naturally
  • Someone who takes ownership—not just direction
  • Comfortable having tough conversations when needed
  • Growth mindset—you want to advance over time
  • Clean driving record is a requirement
