The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE General Gastroenterologist. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced or new grad GI to join an established Clinical Faculty team at UT Health East Texas.
Faculty position employed by the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine practicing in UT Health East Texas Facilities.
Your Work:
- Single Specialty GI model in (2) beautiful East Texas communities in Pittsburg & Quitman, Texas
- Schedule 8am--5pm M-F (4) OR procedure days & (1) clinic day
- Call: (10) days a month
- Outpatient endoscopy 14 procedures a day
- Outpatient clinic 15 patients a day
- Teaching and mentorship of students, residents, & fellows
- Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
