Job Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and diagnostic services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

General Handyman Services

• General home repairs
• Property maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Punch list completion
• Rental turnover repairs
• Work order completion
• Troubleshooting repair issues

Carpentry

• Door installation and repair
• Window repair and replacement
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation and repair
• Baseboard and molding installation
• Deck and fence repairs

Drywall & Painting

• Drywall installation and repair
• Texture matching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Caulking and sealing

Plumbing

• Faucet replacement
• Toilet repairs
• Garbage disposal replacement
• Drain repairs
• Minor plumbing diagnostics
• Fixture installation

Electrical

• Outlet replacement
• Switch replacement
• Lighting installation
• Ceiling fan installation
• GFCI replacement
• Minor electrical troubleshooting

HVAC

• HVAC diagnostics
• Air conditioning troubleshooting

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with residents
• Take before-and-after photos of completed work
• Submit digital work orders and reports
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Represent Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. professionally on every assignment

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, HVAC, or a skilled trade
• Experience in multiple trades is highly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Tampa
• Own professional tools (HVAC service tools required for HVAC assignments)
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to take and upload job-site photos
• Ability to complete digital work orders
• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification
