General Handyman Technician

We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to carry out skilled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• - Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property.
• - Install, replace, and repair various appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
• - Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work as needed.
• - Utilize an Ohmmeter to diagnose and fix electrical issues.
• - Perform carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation and furniture assembly.
• - Paint, stain, and finish various surfaces.
• - Perform yard work, including lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• - Complete maintenance person projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• - Work independently or as part of a team.
• - Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• A strong background in maintenance person work, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
• The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of all backgrounds.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Must have your own tool and transportation.
• Must be good at taking pictures and smartphones.

Experience: Need to have at least 5 years of experience in relevant markets.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation will be based on either Job-to-Job or Project-Based Arrangements.
