General Helper

We are currently hiring General Helpers for Furnace Operators.

Job Duties and Expectations Include:

• Follows work instructions to perform tasks safely and consistent
  
• Work in all areas of the furnace
  
• Starts with basic training on casting operations
  
• Minimizes losses throughout process Job duties require lifting up to 50 pounds
  
• Monitor the operation of gauges dials or other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly
  
• Will use cranes, forklifts and other material moving equipment
  
• Physical work in warm areas. Good communication skills, mechanical aptitude are plus, problem solving skills is a plus, adaptability to various working conditions, and working in a team.
  

Schedule works 12 hour rotating shifts, 14 shifts per month with every month 7 consecutive days off (1 week off every month).
