Looking for 1-2 people to be a "gopher" on construction sites to help keep site clean. Will sweep/clean homes and will run errands and pick up supplies. Will level dirt with rake or use shovel if needed, move supplies, use hand tools, place floor protection on new floor, take stickers off new windows, use tape measure, ant other general labor duties as needed. Prefer someone with construction background but will use someone willing to work and learn and willing to train. Heavy equipment experience is also a plus. Must have a valid DL, be at least 21 years old, and have clean 3 year MVR in order to drive company vehicles. Must be willing to follow instructions, motivated, and willing to do manual labor.
Benefits once taken permanent; 5 days vacation after the first year and then after 3 years, get 10 days. Also paid holidays.
