Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their unique coverage needs and identify potential risks.

Develop personalized insurance quotes that align with the specific financial goals of families and business owners in our region.

Guide clients through the claims process with patience, clarity, and steady support when they need it most.

Maintain an accurate database of client information to ensure that policies remain up to date and reflective of changing life circumstances.

Collaborate with our office staff to refine our outreach strategies and find meaningful ways to connect with people throughout Bristol.

Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen our presence and visibility as a trusted neighborhood resource.

Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Deep familiarity with insurance policy language and underwriting guidelines.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A genuine desire to help community members protect what matters most to them.
