Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with community members to discuss their coverage needs and explain complex policy details in plain language.

Prepare and deliver personalized insurance quotes that match the specific risks of our clients.

Follow up with existing clients to review their policies and ensure their protection remains current.

Manage incoming inquiries with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring every person feels heard and respected.

Keep accurate digital records of all interactions and policy modifications to ensure compliance and quality service.

Collaborate with our office staff to streamline the onboarding process for new policyholders.

Current Property & Casualty insurance producer license for the state of Pennsylvania.

Previous work history in insurance sales or high-volume client services.

Strong command of computer systems and policy management software.

Natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.

Clear and organized written communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing insurance regulations and company policies.
