Overview

This isn't your average job — this is the kind of opportunity that actually moves your career forward. You'll be part of the larger Left Lane Auto team, where you get the best of both worlds: the tight-knit feel of a local shop and the backing of one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. We're big on investing in our people, and if you work hard, play well with others, and take ownership of your results, the sky's the limit here. Sound like your kind of place? Come join a team that actually recognizes and rewards what you bring to the table.

What You'll Bring

No industry experience? No problem — we'd love it if you have it, but we're happy to train the right person. Here's what matters most:

• You show up and follow through, every time

• You put the customer first, always

• You work well with the people around you

• You're coachable — you take feedback and run with it

• You're open to learning new tools and tech

• You've got a competitive streak and you love to win

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What You'll Get

Do great work, get rewarded — it's that simple.

• Above-market weekly base pay

• Performance bonuses (role specific)

• Weekly incentives for hitting your goals (role specific)

• A real, clear path to grow your career

• Full benefits — health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match

• A culture that's built around growth and high performance

Where You'll Be

You'll be working out of one of our tire and auto service locations — a fast-paced, high-energy shop where things stay interesting. Hours are Monday through Friday (some locations are open Saturdays), with occasional overtime when things get busy. The role is physical — you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in a real shop environment with the usual noise, temperature changes, and all that comes with it.
