What You'll Do as a General Labor:- Stack finished boxes and prepare products for shipment
- Bundle boxes as they come off production lines
- Feed sheets and materials into machines as directed
- Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
- Support production, shipping, or converting department operations
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the shift
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor Role:- Ability to lift 20 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to work overtime, including some Saturdays as needed
- Reliable transportation is required
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
