Job Description

Quality Inspector - in different locations in MI.
$17.00 per hour
Temporary Assignment with potential for a long-term assignment

• First Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday (OT and Weekend work mandatory based on OEM production schedule - approx. two times per month)
• Third Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday-Thursday (OT and Weekend work mandatory based on OEM production schedule - approx. two times per month)

Scope of the Quality Inspector position: General visual inspection of parts (possible lifting up to 40lbs.) or Wire Harness rework


Summary of the Quality Inspector:
Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:

• Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Education and Experience of the Quality Inspector:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Previous inspection experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for long hours
• Able to read and write
