Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on shift – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift | Monday–Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor workers for a woodworking/manufacturing company in Howard Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll support production and shipping processes and help ensure quality finished wood products. What You’ll Do as a General Labor:- Assist with basic woodworking and production tasks
- Package and box finished products for shipment
- Prepare items according to company shipping standards
- Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor Role:- Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience within the last 2 years
- Must have experience working with power and hand tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Dependable work ethic and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
