Working for our team, you can truly make a difference.General Labor - The Packer & Jogger Operator plays a critical role in our manufacturing operation by ensuring printed materials and finished labels meet quality standards while supporting safe, efficient production processes. These positions are responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and moving products throughout the production process. Many employees begin their careers in these roles and grow into skilled manufacturing and equipment operator positions throughout MCC.Why Work at MCC:

$1.25/hour for 2nd Shift$1.50/hour for 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

Jog printed materials according to customer specifications and prepare materials for cutting and finishing operations.Inspect printed and finished labels to ensure quality standards are met.Band, shrink wrap, package, and palletize finished labels for shipment.Assemble corrugated boxes, trays, and other packaging materials.Operate pallet jacks and move materials throughout the production area.Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain daily housekeeping and organization standards.Support an optimized production environment through Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.Comply with all established safety, quality, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and company procedures.Interact professionally with coworkers and support a positive team environment.Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Ability to spend the full shift standing and performing repetitive tasks.The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reaching with arms and hands; talking and hearing.This position requires frequent walking.Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
