You’ll help homeowners and businesses clear out unwanted items while delivering friendly, dependable service from start to finish.
Your Day-to-Day
Work alongside a teammate in a branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck
Travel to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore
Safely lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds
Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal
Keep approved items collected from customer jobs
Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment
Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule
Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available
Compensation and Benefits
Average total earnings of $24–$28 per hour, including base pay, profit share, and tips

What We’re Looking For
At least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of three years
Reliable, upbeat, and motivated
Comfortable speaking with customers
Enjoys working as part of a two-person team
Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
