Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborer / Assembler workers for a technical services company in Maple Plain, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble products, support a clean workspace, and contribute to a dependable, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a General Laborer / Assembler:- Assemble parts and products according to written instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support general labor functions including packaging, material handling, and inventory tasks
- Follow all safety policies and company guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer / Assembler Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years in assembly or general labor
- Must be able to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependability and solid teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Maple Plain, MN
