Assemble components according to drawings, instructions, and production requirements.
Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
Perform other general labor and manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or general labor experience is preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Ability to read and follow basic assembly instructions or drawings.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move materials.
Strong focus on workplace safety and product quality.
Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and production processes.
Physical Requirements

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing/production environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working around machinery, tools, materials, and other production equipment while following all company safety procedures.
