What You'll Do as a General Labor / Assembly:- Clean and process manufactured parts according to quality requirements
- Deburr, sort, and inspect parts for accuracy and finish
- Perform light assembly of components using hand tools and equipment
- Engrave and label parts as required by production specifications
- Package completed products for shipment according to customer requirements
- Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned
- Support timely movement of materials and completed orders throughout the facility
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor / Assembly Role:- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oils, solvents, and dust (PPE provided)
- No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
