About the Role:


We are seeking a dependable and flexible General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities. This team member will assist in box production, order picking, loading/unloading, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who is willing to jump into different tasks wherever support is needed. 

 Forklift experience is a strong plus, and Class C driving experience is highly preferred. 


Responsibilities:

• Assist with box production and packaging operations 
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately 
• Load and unload trucks and containers 
• Deliver orders using company vehicles when assigned 
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely 
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization 
• Support different departments and operational tasks as needed 
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions 
• Assist teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred 
• 2year + Forklift experience is a plus
• Valid Class C driver license and delivery driving experience is highly preferred 
• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment 
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
• Willingness to learn and assist in multiple roles 
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills
