Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will play a key part in receiving, sorting, palletizing, and preparing products for distribution as the facility ramps up operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload containers and trucks manually
- Sort and organize incoming products
- Palletize and prepare materials for storage or shipment
- Scan and track inventory as needed
- Assist with picking and packing orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with manual labor required
- Frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
- No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor (emergency use allowed in designated areas)
- Operations will ramp up gradually, with increased workload over time
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Pay Rate:
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (or later as needed)
