We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will play a key part in receiving, sorting, palletizing, and preparing products for distribution as the facility ramps up operations.
Key Responsibilities
Unload containers and trucks manually
Sort and organize incoming products
Palletize and prepare materials for storage or shipment
Scan and track inventory as needed
Assist with picking and packing orders
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with manual labor required
Frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor (emergency use allowed in designated areas)
Operations will ramp up gradually, with increased workload over time
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Pay Rate:
$18–$22/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (or later as needed)
