General Labor Associate

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the work area.

• Support team members in various tasks as needed.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
