General Labor Associate

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking dependable Tow Motor Drivers to support daily warehouse operations. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity based on attendance, performance, safety, and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a tow motor (forklift) safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, pallets, and products to designated locations.
• Stage materials for shipping, receiving, and production.
• Move finished pallets to storage or shipping areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Previous tow motor/forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• A resume or verifiable work history is required before hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Breaks

• Two paid 15-minute breaks
• One unpaid 30-minute lunch break

Workplace Policy

Cell phones are not permitted while on the warehouse floor or during working hours. Employees who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the worksite.
