Key Responsibilities

• Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing and coating
• Operate sandblasting equipment and related machinery
• Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)

• Previous experience in sanding, sandblasting, or general labor
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
