This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools and equipment, and working both indoors and outdoors. Key Responsibilities
Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing and coating
Operate sandblasting equipment and related machinery
Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)
Previous experience in sanding, sandblasting, or general labor
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety
