Advance Services, Inc. is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for a Sander / Sandblaster position in Atlantic, IA. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools and equipment, and working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities- Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing and coating
- Operate sandblasting equipment and related machinery
- Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)- Previous experience in sanding, sandblasting, or general labor
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
