WorkBridge is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to work at construction jobsites in the Pimlico area. This position is ideal for candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within the construction industry. Position Overview – Construction General LaborThe Construction General Laborer supports daily jobsite operations by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Job Responsibilities:Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed Load and unload construction materials and equipment Move materials around the jobsite Clean and prepare construction sites Remove debris and maintain site safety Set up and break down temporary structures or barriers Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Operate basic hand and power tools (if authorized) Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to the Pimlico jobsite Strong work ethic and punctuality Construction experience preferred but not required
