Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of pyrotechnic products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Support loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions for new processes and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is advantageous.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with warehouse prep work, including plugging tubes
- Using basic tools (power drills, hand tools, etc.)
- Helping keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly
- Working as part of a fast-moving team getting ready for the busiest time of the year
