Schedule: 2pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
Pay: Up to $21 per hour

Overview:
As a General Laborer, you'll play a key part in our manufacturing operations by feeding materials into machinery, overseeing production flow, inspecting finished goods for quality, and preparing products for shipment. Your efforts will help maintain efficiency and uphold our commitment to high-quality standards. This position offers a great chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills:

• Ability to monitor machinery and production processes effectively
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting products
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shift
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions precisely
• Commitment to safety procedures and company policies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Basic troubleshooting skills with machinery
• Forklift or other material handling certification
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in general labor or production work is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
