Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. You will support various phases of our building projects by handling physical tasks, operating basic tools, and keeping job sites clean and safe. Core Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, trash, and hazards from work areas.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move building materials like lumber and bricks.
• Tool Operation: Use hand tools, drills, grinders, and pressure washers safely.
• Support Trades: Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with heavy lifting or setup.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Setup & Cleanup: Assemble temporary structures like scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.

Key Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Endurance: Ability to stand, bend, and work outside in various weather conditions.
• Teamwork: Good communication skills and a positive attitude when working with others.
• Punctuality: Reliable transportation to arrive on time to various job sites.
• Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to safety protocols and a cautious approach to hazards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Previous work in construction, landscaping, or warehouse environments.
• Certifications: A valid driver's license; OSHA 30-hour safety certification (ideal)
