Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 8-hour shifts | day schedule Assignment: 2-week pilot program with potential for extension
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to assist with a temporary donation processing project. This role will focus on sorting and preparing donated clothing items for retail stores.
Responsibilities
Sort donated clothing according to established guidelines and processes.
Use a tablet to evaluate items and determine whether they should be hung for sale.
Properly hang and organize clothing according to company procedures.
Maintain a consistent pace while ensuring items are processed accurately.
Meet productivity expectations of at least 90 items sorted and hung per hour.
Follow all safety, quality, and processing procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details
This is initially a two-week pilot program, with the potential for the assignment to be extended based on business needs and program success. There may also be opportunities to transition into longer-term or temp-to-hire positions within the organization, including Donation Processor and Receiver roles, which involve additional responsibilities such as sorting, processing, and pricing merchandise.
Additional requirements: Candidates will be required to complete the organization's standard background check and drug screening process.
