We are hiring a General Laborer to assist with pool assembly and general maintenance work in the Cedar Rapids area. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and helping with a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Job Duties:

• Assist with pool assembly and setup
• Level bricks and prepare work areas
• Move materials, tools, and supplies as needed
• Perform general labor and maintenance tasks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
