A well-established company in Dayton, OHis looking for painters with commercial or residential painting experience. This is a seasonal position starting in May.

Position Details:

Candidates needed for a painter position in Dayton, OH. This is a 1st shift position Monday through Friday with a starting pay of $14.50/hr. Must have White Painter Pants.

Position overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable painters with experience in either commercial or residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. If you have hands-on experience in prepping, painting, and finishing various surfaces, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow project specifications and color schemes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Comply with safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional painting experience (commercial or residential).
• Familiarity with tools and techniques used in surface preparation and finishing.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
