A well-established company in Dayton, OHis looking for painters with commercial or residential painting experience. This is a seasonal position starting in May. Position Details: Candidates needed for a painter position in Dayton, OH. This is a 1st shift position Monday through Friday with a starting pay of $14.50/hr. Must have White Painter Pants. Position overview: We are currently seeking skilled and reliable painters with experience in either commercial or residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. If you have hands-on experience in prepping, painting, and finishing various surfaces, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming. Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow project specifications and color schemes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Comply with safety guidelines and protocols on job sites. Requirements: At least 1 year of professional painting experience (commercial or residential). Familiarity with tools and techniques used in surface preparation and finishing. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different job sites. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
