Seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Delaware. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished products are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and hydraulic components
Perform basic assembly and production tasks
Operate hand tools and basic machinery as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support inventory tasks including stocking, labeling, and moving materials
Assist team members and supervisors with various production needs
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
