Job Title: Dock Worker
Location: Dickinson County, IA (Milford, Okoboji, Spirit Lake, and surrounding areas)
Company HQ: 602 13th Street, Milford, IA
Pay:- Hourly Wage: $23.51/hour
- Overtime: $35.27/hour
- Bonus: Potential end-of-season bonus based on attendance, work ethic, and teamwork
Schedule- Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
- Typical Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Monday through Sunday; schedule varies)
- Note: Overtime may be required
Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and removal of docks and hoists
- Work with both wood and aluminum docks using basic hand tools
- Transport dock materials between shore and water
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites (must have valid Class C driver's license)
- Perform deck, step, and hoist service work during the mid-season
Requirements- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good balance and coordination, especially when working on narrow planks over water
- Must have a valid Class C drivers license
- No prior experience or education required well train the right candidates!
