Our client is a manufacturing company in Erlanger, KY specializing in industrial belting and conveyor products. They provide customized products and solutions used in a variety of industrial and manufacturing applications.
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment with potential for long-term employment.
Schedule & Pay
$18.00/hour starting pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Paid 30-minute lunch
Two paid 15-minute breaks
Potential pay increase upon transition to a full-time position with the client
Responsibilities
Assist with general manufacturing and shop duties
Work with lightweight industrial belting
Handle, organize, and prepare materials
Assist with production and packaging tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Perform other general labor duties as needed
Physical Requirements
Most materials weigh approximately 10–15 lbs.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift
Ability to safely handle lightweight belting and other manufacturing materials

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
