General Laborer
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Required: Steel?toe safety boots
Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support day?to?day operations in a hands-on, physical role. This position works under direct supervision and assists with a wide range of manual labor tasks to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Lift, move, load, and unload materials
- Assist with digging, refilling holes, and basic site prep work
- Support mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
- Operate equipment as assigned in a helper/assistant capacity
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–4 years of previous labor, construction, or related experience
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical tasks
- Steel?toe safety boots required
Work Environment
